It's been a while since my last post, while actually, our last post. Chip and I have been off from our regular schedule and got back to Hong Kong for the summer. Chip said my last post is a bit too short, so I'll see if I could extend it a bit this time(fingers cross but no promise!)

My make up style is definitely on the neutral side. Not only I like neutral make up, but light ones!
I am heading out to dinner with Grandma so I want to keep everything light and neutral (as usual xp), just aiming at "looking pretty and awake", so nothing is going dramatic.
Today's face of the day will be focusing on the eye since everything else are pretty light and natural.
My last FOTD look is a natural look with an orange accent, but today's look is an absolute neutral, light brown eye and a glossy nude lip colors.
Today's featuring product is Anna Sui Eye Shadow is their free combination system. You can make your own trio choosing from their range of 40 eye shadows including eye bases. My palette was a gift from my aunt and she chose the colors for me. I don't have the exact numbers of the shades but I managed to find them out in their website. The base my aunt picked for me was incredibly glittery and I didn't used it. But the two neutral shades are beyond amazing, the pigmentations are great, the peachy skin-toned shade is great for all over the lid, even when I'm not bothering wearing a lot of make up. The peachy tone warm up my eyes without making it looks irritated, plus it has a satin-y finish, not too shimmery and not chalky at all. The brown is again another great shade. It is has some oh-so-slightly shimmer but is very subtle, this is a great medium brown for any purpose, you can wear it in the outer corner for a little bit of definition or all over the lid for a subtle smokey look.
The packaging is as pretty as other Anna Sui products and there is a rose in-print in the product itself.
Since this was a gift, I don't have the retail price at the moment but I will keep you update with it.
